New page

'''How to infiltrate an existing organization on campus to become a leader of collaboration and interdisciplinary change'''

I find this how-to and just reading the name made me want to get involved in this. How to infiltrate an existing organization on campus to become a leader of collaboration and interdisciplinary change? I think it is a big question and at first, seems too complicated, but reading Alex Francis's experience led me to understand it a bit more.

Get involved in the groups and clubs within your University might be a great opportunity for each fellow candidate to start to become an agent of change in their campus. From my point of view, Alex´s tips are amazing to start doing it, getting in touch with all students and joining as many events as you can at your institution. So, check it out, I am sure it would be helpful for your mission as an UIF.
