==Bio==
Terry T. Kidd is an experienced higher education faculty and executive with over twenty years of experience championing innovation that advances the mission and goals of a learning institution. Armed with expertise in MIS/IT strategy, design thinking, research, and data analytics, Kidd has re-engineered and devised new structures, services and interventions focused on the digital transformation of learning. Kidd currently serves as the Vice President for Strategic Planning, Research, Technology and Innovation at the St. Augustine's University. Prior to St. Augustine's University, Dr. Kidd served as Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Full Professor of Computer Science with a joint appointment in Urban Education in the Southern University System in Louisiana, where he was also a SACS evaluator.

Kidd has successfully created a proven track record in forging business and community partnerships; facilitated the development and implementation of new high growth high demand workforce STEM programs; secured more than $12M+ in state and federal funding to support STEM workforce training goals; generated over $16.5M+ in revenue; led the expansion of education pathways for nontraditional students; designed and implemented innovation hubs/labs to drive discovery, workforce engagement, and project based learning.

Kidd has published 15 peer reviewed papers in academic journals and 10 books related to technology management, informatics, online learning and instructional technology. He holds a bachelor and master’s degree in Information Systems Technology from University of Houston, a PhD from the Texas A&M University, and post graduate education from the University of Pennsylvania.
