+At Universidad del Turabo, Ivonne, is involved with the local NSSHLA Turabo Chapter from Puerto Rico as President. She is a member of the Sorority Eta Gamma Delta, Alpha Chapter. For which, she has worked with different organizations to help both her community and her country. In addition, she has worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in forensic anthropology and bio-archeology. Ivonne’s recent research project consists on investigating the technique of Cervical Auscultation for the evaluation of dysphagia.

As well as establishing the biological profile (age, sex, stature and human group), pathological conditions and analysis of traumas that had left traces in both bones and teeth. Ivonne’s recent research project consists on investigating the technique of Cervical Auscultation for the evaluation of dysphagia.
