The&nbsp;<abbr title="teaching certificate">TC</abbr>&nbsp;Office promotes an entrepreneurial culture and supports start-up ventures and regional economic development. &nbsp;<abbr title="teaching certificate">TC</abbr> also negotiates Material Transfer Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements and reviews the Intellectual Property terms of Sponsored Research Agreements.
