		+	I believe that in a class where creativity is trying to be evoked from an individual, psychological safety should be implemented into the class system. I feel that it would definitely benefit any classroom, but classes that require individuals to feel comfortable with sharing information with their peers especially ideas that they wouldn't necessarily share. I feel the act of getting to know someone requires time and energy that can make the person sharing the information feel comfortable with the receiver, enough to share things that are meaningful to them. This can also be implemented into the work and school system and I believe will have results that correlate positively with the overall success of the workplace and student grade, and more.
