===Why is this project important to you, your department, & your Fellows?===<br />
<br />
It is important to our school (School of Electrical Engineering & Informatics) since in recent years many graduates from our programs start its products/companies. However, in our curriculum is too academical in term of computer science and software engineering and very weak on thinking about a product.<br />
<br />
By means of this initiative, we intend to encourage and harvest the students to innovate and create an ecosystem and community that support each other to realize their innovation and validate & launch the product into a start up.<br />
<br />
===Description===<br />
Currently, we won a grant to set up a series of activities that are centered on harvesting DIgital Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Diginove 2021). This program aims to formalize such an initiative into a formal program within various study programs such as: informatics, information system & technology (IST), visual design, and enterpreneurship. <br />
<br />
This project will adapt the Diginove 2021 into existing curriculum and co-work with other programs into collaborative courses which are inter-discipline.<br />

* Faculty in ITB especially in School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics<br />
* Decision Making in ITB that will approve the adaptation and endorse the program for funding<br />

===Key Milestones===<br />
* December 2021: Project proposal has been disseminated and agreed with program chairs on Informatics, IST, design visual, and enterpreneurship<br />
* March 2022: A small experiment conducted that integrate innovation in 1-2 classes<br />
* June 2022: Proposal funding to ministry and the adaptation of curriculum has been approved by ITB<br />
* September 2022: Preparation for fall semester has been finished and several courses have been adapted with innovation exercises in mind<br />
* December 2022: Preparation for winter semester has been finished and several courses have been adapted with innovation exercises in mind<br />
* March 2023: Informatics & IST programmes have adopted fully Innovation & Enterpreneurship in their courses & exercises<br />
