==Bio==
Kumsal Belin was born and raised in Izmir. After graduating from her high school in Izmir with the first place, she continued her education at Bogazici University in Istanbul. She is currently in the first year of economics at Bogazici University.

Besides her academic life, she was also a figure skating national team athlete. She has done figure skating for 8 years. She skated in the Turkish national team for 4 years. She has represented Turkey in Italy, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary and Bulgaria. She was the international silver medalist in 7th Skate Helena Cup at 2014 and 7 times gold medalist in the Turkish Championships.

She has been creating videos on Youtube. She is the owner of “Kumsal Belin” (7,5K subscribers) youtube channel and she is the partner of “Kumsal&Eren” youtube (15K subscribers) channel. The purpose of the channels is to raise awareness of Turkish high school students about education. She has learned how to edit videos and make thumbnail. Also, she established the academic coaching system and has been mentoring Turkish high school students for the university exam. In about 1 year, she mentored nearly 40 students with flexible working hours.

In addition to all these, she is a graduate of the Yetgen program. YetGen is a 4-month program that aims to provide Turkish students with 21st century qualifications. This program includes training on teamwork, effective presentation techniques, excel, basic algorithm, information/media/financial literacy, career planning, active citizenship, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

She has completed The 6-week design thinking training called Fire Up Changemakers program, organized by METU, ITU and Bogazici University entrepreneurship center. The aim of the program was to teach the entrepreneurial steps to the students through a project and introduce her the University Innovation Fellows Program. In Fire Up Changemakers Program, design Thinking stages such as creating "HMW" questions, Persona's, Empathy Map, Business Model Canvas, Prototyping and Brain storming are taught to students.
