He was born and raised in Lima (Peru) under a primary rule, which in years became in his life motto: "Do things because you want to, not because you will be rewarded or punished". His passion for innovation and engineering born at his highschool, La Salle de Lima, in which went to a mission in Colca Valley and realized how innovation and engineering can improve the way of living of the population. After this experience, in his short 17 years, developed a project jointly with MIT, which looked for erradicate the respiratory and ocular diseases caused by the traditional cooker in a low income Andean town located in Cuzco, Peru. His project won the 1st place in the internal project fair in UTEC the year 2015 in the category of development/product, and the 3rd place in the Expo Energy Efficiency Award of Led Expo Peru the year 2016. He was also part of the creation team of the project "make Sodimac a toy store," where it were designed and built toys from things that Sodimac sold on their premises. These were given away to a humble school for Christmas in 2015. Hans has been recognized by UTEC often because of their outstanding academic performance, representing the career of Chemical Engineering more than once and being a creditor of a scholarship provided by a monster of Latin American chemical industry.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Hans is passionated in everything he do, but if he would have to discriminate which is his passion of passions, it would be the thing that he do in benefit of others, because it makes him feel as a superhero. It is one of his biggest dreams. On the other hand, he is a huge fan of Club Alianza Lima, which is the best peruvian soccer team. He is a good singer and in his free time, plays soccer or PS3.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;">As part of the University Innovation Fellows training program, he is collaborating with a group of students at UTEC on the developing of a 5-year program for encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship among the students, aligned to the new study plan for 2017.
