“Leadership is My Passion & Education is My Activism”

Aaron T. McGee is the Principal Consultant of Journey to Legacy Media & Consulting and Chief Executive Director of the Educate ME Foundation, Inc., He received his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Tennessee State University and has leveraged his degree over the last decade as a consultant communication strategist and content creator.

In 2016, Aaron obtained his Master of Arts in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University, he believes the need for community leadership in all social context is one of the most pressing issues of our time. Training leaders in the areas of self – efficacy and self – advocacy is the method in which Aaron believes will establish and equip more leaders to engage in the civic process both actively and proficiently.

Aaron is informed by a career that has served at the intersection of youth development, education, community advocacy, and student leadership for over a decade in the nonprofit industry. Aaron has garnered indispensable experiences, as a Program Director, Executive Director, CEO, Vice President, Board Chairman, Chief Executive Director and Entrepreneur.

Aaron is currently a doctoral student at Tennessee State University where he is pursuing his Doctor of Education in Higher Education, Educational Leadership.
