 Tejaswi Vajinepalli is an UIF Fellow from Fall 2017, currently pursuing his Majors in Mechanical Department at RVR&JC College Of Engineering.He completeld his schooling till 10th grade at Loyola Public School and senior secondary education at Dr.KLP Public School, both located in Guntur. He is a knowledgable person who always likes to explore things and learn from practical exposures and experiences. He is dedicated, committed and amazes people with his zeal to learn and achieve heights. He is an above average student in academics. He is best known for his on stage oration skills and his way of talking, he likes philosophy and is fond of books and movies. He is passionate about becoming a writer and a successful enterprenuer. He has already become a published author in few antholgies. 

             He volunteered for MAD(Make A Difference) for 2 years, an NGO that thrives for equitable outcomes to kids at shelter homes all over India. He worked as an IGV Team  Member in AISEC Vijayawada. He has an experience of working as content manager, HR, blogger and Creative Writer. The working in these organisations led to his proficiency in professionalism and gain over skills that impart communication smoothly and fastly. == CAMPUS OVERVIEW ==

The R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering, Chowdavaram, Guntur trains undergraduate and postgraduate students in Engineering and Management for award of degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Established by the renowned Nagarjuna Education Society (1967) in the year 1985, the College drew its initial impetus from Peoples Representatives, local doctors, charitable trusts and commercial houses of Guntur District,Andhra Pradesh.  Today, it enjoys flagship status among the eight constituent institutions, that are governed by Nagarjuna Education Society.  The founder-members of Nagarjuna Education Society and their successors have provided abundant inputs to turn a mere 3-course-180-intake College into a 14-course-1200-intake edifice by the Silver Jubilee Year.

Training the students beyond the defined borders of the curriculum is a basic emphasis, the college dearly practices.  The College practices the modesty of looking for new starting lines than be content with the finishing lines reached.  The Mission Statement proposed by our Management and staff accommodates the new paradigm – “Education for total transformation” with a commitment for excellence in all that we do.  The keywords “professional knowledge and skills”, “honourable living” and “social and economic contribution” speak of the strategy of the college in training people. We admit, we have miles and miles to go before we complete our mission.

== PROMOTING STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP ==

The culture of our institution is a shared system of values, beliefs and attitudes that shapes and enhances our behaviour. The primary focus is not only to educate the students but to inspire them to become innovative and contribute to the society.

Our institution has Entrepreneurship Management Development Cell (EMDC) which was set-up with the assistance of A.I.C.T.E., New Delhi, to promote and educate young students to take the benefit of the policies of the government by establishing their own ventures. The cell organizes different activities and events to inculcate Entrepreneurial Spirit among the Science & Technology students.Faculty that are a part of the EMD cell are very student friendly and always try to meet the demands of the student.

An Entreprenuership club(E-Club) is started in the college. It is a student initiated club that helps to promote the avaliable oppurtunities and bring out student ideas by conducting various competitions like design thinking workshop,BIG idea challenge etc.This even provides guidance for establishing their own ventures.

A new venture cell (20,000 sq.ft) is being constructed in the college to provide students all the facilities that are needed for developing and testing their ideas. 

The mission is to promote entrepreneurship-led innovation, thereby creating "nation of entrepreneurs" driven by creativity, initiative, risk taking, discipline, and personal development.

== FACULTY INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP ==

The faculty inspire us and direct all we do academically and deliver the administrative services. They enhance the students to move on the innovation path.  A Committee of Research and Development  (R & D) Cell was formed on 7 June 2012  to motivate and provide necessary guidance to all the faculty members. It is organised by certain selected faculty members of our institution. It motivates faculty to pursue their research activities and helps to publish the research papers in reputed Peer Reviewed Journals of at least 10 years standing. The committee of Research and Development meets regularly to review the progress of its activities in the college.It also provides oppurtunities for students and faculty to collaboratively work together on the research activities.

== UNIVERSITY TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER FUNCTION ==

Our institution has Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) which helps in funding for students and faculty to accomplish their projects. We also have a TechClub on our campus where students can express their innovative ideas and exhibit their technical skills.

We have Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and two other programs working effectively towards the growth of our institution funds. These programs are meant to create awareness on the current issues and thereby attract the funding from the alumni, through which University will have their technology, equipment needed gets updated.

= Creation of an Academic Poster =

Everybody who has worked on the project should be part of creating the scientific poster. This work should not be assigned to just one group member. A first working status has to be presented to somebody knowing the team and its work, as this person can give adequate feedback. In general, as many people as possible should take a look at the texts and give their feedback concerning form and substance. In any case, someone should proofread all texts before printing the poster to avoid typos.

== Visual Design ==

The poster has to be visually obvious and appealing for any observer. Therefore, it should be highlighted by its color design and by a use of many chart and graphics. Moreover, using pictures is also important to speak to the viewer on an emotional level. The graphic elements of the poster should be in the foreground, as they will be immediately visible. A poster, containing lots of text and a boring color scheme, will often be overlooked.

== Headline Formulation ==

<span style="font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial; color:#000000; background-color:transparent; font-weight:400; font-style:normal; font-variant:normal; text-decoration:none; vertical-align:baseline" id="docs-internal-guid-9425ba24-6242-38fc-4bf0-43b5cd15689c">Headlines should be interesting and appeal to the viewer, in the best case also on an emotional level. Next to the graphic elements, they are the most prominent feature in order to gain attention. They are supposed to cover the central messages of the poster.

== Limitation to Central Aspects ==

In any case, an academic poster has to cover the following contents:

<li>Informations on the background</li>
<li>The discussed challenge or problem</li>
<li>The scientific methodology</li>
<li>The most important results</li>
</ul>

<span style="font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial; color:#000000; background-color:transparent; font-weight:400; font-style:normal; font-variant:normal; text-decoration:none; vertical-align:baseline" id="docs-internal-guid-9425ba24-6247-7a5d-c51a-31dca842637c">Thereby it is important to only cover really essential information. As the space offered by a poster as well as the moment of attention by the viewer are quite limited, contents have to be made as clear and precise as possible and unimportant information has to be dropped.

= Presentation of an Academic Poster =

Concerning the presentation of the poster, an excellent preparation is important. Team members should prepare a “ten-seconds-speech” to persuade viewers that what has been prepared is worth stopping by and taking a look. Moreover, one should be ready for further inquiries considering project aspects not being part of the poster presentation.
