I agree and I believe it is very important to inspire and motivate others to voice their opinions and how they feel on certain topics in order to best provide effective changes to various programs. Change is necessary in some situations and finding what changes will be the most impactful is what really matters.

true motivation comes from within,so there is no way you can make another person feel motivated to do something instead,your goal should be to help them to identify their own feelings of motivation and encourage students to work together.By empowering them to be a team and stressing the importance of and the connection between teamwork and achieving group goals we can bring changes in the workspace.All that peers need is only an ignition.Once that is done they become unstoppable.A leader never makes the group rely on him but empowers them to collaborate their best to acheive the organizational goals even in his absence.Being a strategist is one of the examples of leadership roles that leaders take.Inspiring,fostering enthusiasm and empowering are the most important leader ship qualities.

==Bio==
Sulasya is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in the stream of Computer Science and Engineering at Madanapalle Institute of Science and Technology, Andhrapradesh, India. She was born and brought up at Anantapur. She is always ready to meet new challenges, and she sticks to her job. With total effort, she finishes the task. Her communication skills, public speaking, and creative skills are worth mentioning.

She is good at organizing her work according to her priorities. She gives her best to any kind of work she takes up. When it comes to extracurricular activities, she always likes to participate in dancing and singing. In addition to this, she is a state-level Table Tennis player and has completed her training in the National School Games Federation. Her participation in Statewide Table Tennis games has won her a number of prizes.

She is very creative, productive, and a multitasker. In her free time, she always likes to make some creative stuff based on her interests. This incorporated the nature of being punctual helped her to earn respect from her team members. She feels that helping others is a boon and always stays on the frontline to lend a helping hand to others. She feels happy and satisfied with what she has and tries to fulfill her goals and ambitions. She always trusts that if we follow our hearts and go after our dreams no matter what we do, we will end up making the most marvellous progress.

==Achievements==
She has participated in the Table Tennis School Games Federation and stood district first in junior girls' doubles and participated in many statewide Table Tennis tournaments. Many medals and certificates are to her credit.
She also participated in many drawing competitions and achieved medals and certificates.
She also participated in Science Fair projects and many craftworks and got medals.
