Along with his team Grusha Kaur, Jahnavi Mavuri and Rachana P, he has setup the first student body in the college named it Student Activity Council. He trained more than 300 students on Design Thinking using WhatsApp. Once the management was able to see the impact he created with such limited resources, they have agreed to add more resources and make it streamlined. He has setup a Tech I&E hub called Innogen in the campus to improve Innovation and Entrepreneurship culture in the campus. He got a chance to share his story as a talk at the UIF Regional Meetup in Bangalore India.

After his graduation he has joined Mu Sigma Inc a pure play analytics company as a Decision Scientist and was a part of Healthcare and Product Analytics verticals. He is now working with PayPal Inc as a Data Scientist. He is helping PayPal Giving's Leadership to identify the key KPIs and Metrics to measure the Business Growth.

Soon after the realisation , he made his way towards Innovation. Before he joined UIF , he was not aware that a student alone can become an entrepreneur and start his own  Non-  Profit Organisation. There was always a misconception for him that in order to be in a managerial role in an organisation , one needs to get graduated in that line. Soon after the realisation of his misconception , he made a drastic change in himself.

                He came with an empty bag to UIF , and loaded it with lots of experience , went back home very excited to make a change in his School. Also Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation offered him a position of '''Student Networking Lead '''to promote Design Thinking. He is presently working for '''Amarawathi Innovation Fellows''' - an initiative by Andhra Pradesh Government to promote Technical and Design Thinking Skills among Students of Andhra Pradesh. He is also working on '''I2E''' '''''International Institution for Entrepreneurship Developmen'''''t an initiative by Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation in collaboration with'''North-eastern State University , Boston , USA.''' As most of the students have less idea about what they are learning and they also unaware of how to implement the concept they are being thought by the faculty champion. To overcome this problem the initiative to students can be provided the overview on the real time demands by conducting Brain storming classes. These classes should be implemented from starting stage onwards, which motivates the students towards their goals and also helps developing soft skills which are enhanced by referring and presenting symposiums. The students can get better influence by seeing others who took initiation to launch student organisations. These brainstorming classes should be kept in progress.

So,there should be of technical demos everyday and it should be done at college timing only. They should conduct some of the seminars, symposiums to cheer up the students and the students itself have to organise and they have to participate actively at the events.By conducting clubs all students can increase their leadership qualities and they can get awareness. The club's are not only related to subjects they can be as sports,music and photographic clubs. These are useful for developing their communication skills and to get awareness among the residents and students. The club's are the platforms for students to improve their managerial skills and their personality.

Every student has a dream to achieve great things.The first step is to keep a dream and to believe in it. And we have to refer the dream and have to get the information and updates,have to get knowledge about ours dream.We have to make a plan of it by taking classes and have to make a work on it as making short term tasks and to do it on time.

The club's are the platforms for students to improve their managerial skills and their personality.

Before he joined UIF , he was not aware that a student alone can become an entrepreneur and start his own  Non-  Profit Organisation. He is presently working for '''Amarawathi Innovation Fellows''' - an initiative by Andhra Pradesh Government to promote Technical and Design Thinking Skills among Students of Andhra Pradesh. He is also working on '''I2E''' '''''International Institution for Entrepreneurship Developmen'''''t an initiative by Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation in collaboration with'''North-eastern State University , Boston , USA.''' Faculty in the campus mainly imparts the technical knowledge and also helps us to think more innovatively to create new things. Faculty also try to involve themselves in different projects and boost the stundents for Innovation.

Many reknowned entrepreneurs have been interacting with the students on the Innovation and Entrepreneur Skills. Not only in I&E wing, it also concentrates upon the Communication skills improvements. It has been conducting Many Communications expos and Language expos especially for the first year students to make them good speakers. It mainly concentrates to embed Technical skills to the students  for which every year on the occasion of Engineer's Day , a Technical fest named , MEDHA is being conducted. MYTHRI , the cultural fest will be conducted with more pomp and splendour. Also the NSS (National Service Scheme) Unit plays a very active role in the city of Rajahmundry, by creating awarness in the burning Social problems.

Faculty in the campus mainly imparts the technical knowledge and also helps us to think more innovatively to create new things. They support students to think in a wider way rather than thinking in the same conventional way every one think. The Microsoft Innovation centre serves the students to a great extent in sharing the ideas and work on different projects. Faculty also try to involve themselves in different projects and boost the stundents for Innovation.

The college is equipped with a Student team called “ INNOGEN”. This INNOGEN   works as a Technical Wing of Student Activity [[File:INNOGEN.jpg|thumb]]Council.  In this students work on their own techncial projects and incubate a product based on the marketing strategies. Three best projects will be get resources to design it from Industries. Once the product is designed,it is incubated by the industries. Depending upon the negotiation, the students get shares in the sales of the product.

Siddhartha Mondreti joined University Innovation Fellows in Spring 2017. He is an undergraduate pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering from Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology . He was just a “normal” student until he realised , that “The essence of learning is to make world better not to make it complex”. Soon after the realisation , he made his way towards Innovation. Before he joined UIF , he was not aware that a student alone can become an entrepreneur and start his own organisation. There was always a misconception for him that in order to be in a managerial role in an organisation , one needs to get graduated in that line. Soon after the realisation of his misconception , he made a drastic change in himself.

He came with an empty bag to UIF , and loaded it with lots of experience , went back home very excited to make a change in his School. He jotted down many plans and ideated along with his team and came to the solution named “INNOGEN - An Innovative Generation for better India “[[File:INNOGEN.jpg|thumb|INNOGEN.jpg]] ( A Non-Profit Organisation which enhances Design Thinking among Technical Students in India ). He also joined hands with Ajay Varma - UIF , SRKR to propagate Design Thinking through his startup - SpiderWeb.

Soon after starting his work , UIF gave him the role of “ Design Thinking Coach “ for his effort in propagating Design Thinking among Technical Students. Also Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation offered him a position of Student Networking Lead to promote Design Thinking. He is presently working for Amarawathi Innovation Fellows - an initiative by Andhra Pradesh Government to promote Technical and Design Thinking Skills among Students of Andhra Pradesh. He is also working on I2E International Institution for Entrepreneurship Development an initiative by Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation in collaboration with North-eastern State University , Boston , USA. Also , Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology made a place for him as one of the” Navaratnas “ and President for Student Activity Council of GIET. He also formed a technical club named “ECENTRA” for the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

His Technical interests include Internet of Things , for which he has worked on Arduino and Python programming. He is now looking for a placement in the same domain. His ultimate aim is to become an Entrepreneur and to Re-Design Technical Education in India.
