'''This being easily sponsored by an alumni already enrolled in Enterpreneurship .We also aim at increasing interaction of interested students with few alumni who are currently working on their Start-ups. One such person in contact is Mr. Ravi Gupta with his almost established firm ELECTROWHIP .

It is a general problem perhaps in any of the Indian Instituitions that students involved in any of the Extra-Syllabus Projects do suffer in their academics due to missing of lectures and required Course .This harms the students in two ways, firstly they suffer for less attendance and secondly , the incompensatable missing of lectures. We came up with an idea of "'''Missed Lecture Retrieval'''" Scheme. In our exploration to the college, we came to know that there are few common subjects for all the Engineering streams in every Sem. So it is an appropriate solution that if a student missed or want to miss few lectures, he is priveliged with the choice for attending that lecture in any other section which has a two- three day lagging syllabus run.The student would also be provided with attendance for the lecture. This needs an online attendance management system and a smart ID Card. We are working on it.

Very oftenly students are uncomfortable with paying course fee for the extra-syllabus Industry-Oriented courses available in our college (''such as KUKA Industrial Robotics Training Centre, LabVIEW Academy, JANATICS Pneumatics Centre, BOSCH-Rexroth Industrial Automation Training Centre and few more..'')''.'' Our ''''"Labour Instead of Money"''' scheme would be facilitating students to pursue the course without paying in form of money rather they can provide their labour to the lab in extra-college hours. The labour may  include maintaining Stock Register, Working with BoM, Serving as Lab assistant and performing other''' '''managerial and technical relevant Jobs.

It's a specific problem in our college that students who are not part of any College Club are unpriviliged to access in few specific facilities available in our college. Also it's not possible for the administration to open all such spaces for all because it would be hard maintaining the LABS. So, it might be a genuine solution to have a '''Common Makerspace '''available for all on'''Monthly Membership basis.'''

Our Idea is to allot the LABS on monthly basis without any indulgence of Money,but the students are to take the responsibility of the LAB.

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, an ISO 9001-2008 certified and NAAC accredited institute, is an initiative of Indian Institute of Management and Engineering Society.  Started in 1998, the institute has built an excellent faculty pool of experience and rich intellectual capital base, state-of-the-art infrastructure, technology savvy campus along with commitment towards excellence. The emphasis has been to build industry ready technocrats and develop sound academia-industry collaboration. The college offers B.Tech courses in seven disciplines. At the post graduate level, the college offers MCA and M.Tech courses in six engineering disciplines. The courses are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The college has been consistently maintaining excellent academic results and placements. The college places special emphasis on collaboration with industries at various levels to groom the students to meet the standards of industry. These include establishing collaborative facilities for student training in emerging multi disciplinary technologies and undertaking industry sponsored consultancy projects. The college has the distinction of being the first and only college in the State of Uttar Pradesh to receive the Academic Excellence Award for the Best Engineering College in UPTU (now renamed AKTU) from His Excellency, the Governor of U.P., for two successive years. The college is also recipient of CMAI award for Best Industry Interface from the Hon’ble Minister of Science and Technology, U.P. Government. Spread over a 40 acre campus, the college has excellent infrastructure.  Born and raised in the state of Uttarakhand, Shashank Singh is a Mechanical Engineering student of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, [[File:Shashank.jpg|thumb|Shashank.jpg]]India.

He is an eloquent Orator with a creative approach to life. Hardworking and passionate about his work. Believes in grabbing opportunities, overall development, excellence in other phases along with studies. An ambivert, and an altruist for others.

Head Coordinator at Student Platform for Engineering Excellence Development (SPEED) under the Department of TIFAC-CORE, Technical Associate at TIFAC-CORE Department of the College, Student Convener of AAGAZ (College Fresher’s Party 2015), Branch Representative at Training and Placement Cell of the College, Coordinator at HORIZON (Techno-Managerial Club of the College), Member of Entrepreneurship Cell of the College, Coordinator at ISTE-Student Chapter of the College, Certified Trainee at AKGEC-Bosch Rexroth Centre, currently Trainee at AKGEC-KUKA Industrial Robotics Training Centre, Coordinator at various Events for consecutive 2 years including College Annual Sports Fest, State Table Tennis Tournament, Annual Blood Donation Camp, College Technical Fest, and many more.

To start a social entrepreneurship we must have an idea that resonates with the public and can be implemented in the tough Indian society. There may be hundreds of idea running through ones mind but to choose the best out of them is the core job.

A revolutionary change always do owes to a movement. Also a movement emerges out of a mission. And it's here only the strength of the mission derived from. The more is the number of perspectives touched by the mission, more is the strength of the movement, heavier can be the change expected. Evidently, the success probability of a movement greatly depends on the Unifying essence of the mission. Unexceptionally for every change agent, the first challenge is to tie down his desire to a set of 'Phonics' which possess extraordinary power to penetrate varied hearts.

In an Indian society we have to cope up with innumerable hardships and social issues. The idea to launch a social entrepreneurship in the rigid Indian culture is not as easy as it may seem. With a society that is filled up with some great minds and greater people to name a few Ratan Tata , Dirubhai Ambani and many more , it becomes all the more important to live up to the standards . So the key elements are: Prioritize  : The Indian society expects one to be a multitasker ,so we have to prioritize the stuffs we do. Just working on all the areas would do no good, instead we have to give up some fun and work for the betterment of the society and the look into solving the cause. Peer Group : A socially active idea needs active participants. Its very important to have those people besides you who can co relate with your idea and stand with you shoulder to shoulder . These people are your backbone and you will see through success only if you have people uniting with you in your cause. So choose those who have the skills required for convincing the Indian mind set and those who can relate your idea and see it as a dream.

Balancing : It is known that a biker falls if he does not balances his ride , similarly a project needs a perfect balance. As for a student to be a change agent he/she has to maintain a balance with time , studies , research for social cause and perfect blend of resources.

 The most important phase is to launch the program . For the launch the most important thing is the way you present your social entrepreneurship idea within the Indian University, that makes the authorities resonate with your idea and grant you permissions to do the same.

In addition to that one will have to deal with various civic bodies for granting permissions to deal with various marketing opportunities and taking the project to greater heights.

Creating a blueprint of the idea helps a lot and thus proves to be immensely beneficial in the long run. The changing and developing India demands fast solutions and easy solutions for tough environmental and other concerning issues.

The key to success still remains hard work, proper input, selection of resources and the energy to put great efforts.
