We conveyed our idea to students, faculty champions, campus advisors, and some authorities and with some proposal to enhance this. After discussing the pros and cons  the feedback was gathered. Basing on this with some minor changes we have made a clear and simple prototype as a solution for this and the same was approved by campus authorities.

The prototype will be running by setting up '''COMMUNICATION SKILLS Club''' in the campus which will monitored by Principal, HOD. The English faculty in collaboration with soft skills faculty will conduct soft skills activities under this club. This club will make sure that each and every student acquires good communication and soft skills by organizing activities during weekend. Basing on the feedback and suggestions received from the stakeholders we came up with an proposal to have a common workplace equipped with components, tools that may need in implementing different concepts. For this we got the approval from authorities for implementing the same.

A Team having an idea/proposal idea cannot be established into a prototype or a start-up because of lack of financial support unless they show some preliminary results. So, students are facing lot of hurdles at the initial stage itself due to lack of funds.

We identified this problem and discussed with the stakeholders and came with a proposal and the same was submitted to the principal & management. As a part of this, the management has formally accepted to provide seed funding. The team with   an idea/proposal will submit the proposal, which will be reviewed by a team of panel members to verify its viability. Upon recommendation of the panel of members the college management provides the funding from the seed amount allotted. Once a prototype is developed the same will be marketed by showcasing it at various Platforms to attract investors. With the help of entrepreneurship cell the interested investors may be invited to support the same and get necessary funding to initiate a start-up and develop the final product.

The playground is located about a100 meters from our college. So the students have the opportunity of walking to the playground. As all games are played in the evening the students find it pleasant to go to the ground and play.

Pendyala Satya Krishna is a University Innovation Fellow and a Junior at Aditya College Of Engineering, pursuing his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is very much eager to adapt new technologies for develop more innovative applications. He is a workaholic. He motivate his peers to life is not only for academics. He always says that "we have to create our own path to search for our interest and abilities". He is interested in writing essays efficiently. Besides this Satya Krishna loves to spend time with elders to acquire knowledge from them. He is a sports person. He is a national Floor ball player. He learned how to lead a successful team from sports. He believes team work is the main role while managing a team. Apart from his academics, Satya Krishna wants to build his career path as a cyber security professional.

He is very much enterprising and comes out with innovative notions. He successfully coordinated the class as a class representative and proved himself to be a team man. He leads his class students and motivates them. He actively participates in various activities like seminars, cultural activities, workshops etc. He involved in different social service activities like Blood donation, supporting the needy, with these he proved himself as a good social man. As he is a sports person he won many rewards and trophies in sports like cricket, kabaddi and Floor ball etc. He learned how to manage winnings and losings with the same spirit. The playground is located about a100 meters from our college. So the students have the opportunity of walking to the playground. As all games are played in the evening the students find it pleasant to go to the ground and play.

The Modern School has a well-devised physical education program that supplies its students with the know-how, techniques, physical abilities, standards, and passionate interest to develop a healthy manner of living and carry it into adulthood. The Modern School’s physical education curriculum will give me exposure to physical processes such as aquatics, conditioning activities, exercises using gymnastic equipment as well as individual, dual, and team sporting activities. I would also be delighted to join their martial arts training program that teaches students self-defense.

Pendyala Satya Krishna is a University Innovation Fellow and a Junior at Aditya College Of Engineering, pursuing his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is very much eager to adapt new technologies for develop more innovative applications. He is a workaholic. He motivate his peers to life is not only for academics. He always says that "we have to create our own path to search for our interest and abilities". He is interested in writing essays efficiently.
Besides this Satya Krishna loves to spend time with elders to acquire knowledge from them. He is a sports person. He is a national Floor ball player. He learned how to lead a successful team from sports. He believes team work is the main role while managing a team.
Apart from his academics, Satya Krishna wants to build his career path as a cyber security professional.

He is very much enterprising and comes out with innovative notions.
He successfully coordinated the class as a class representative and proved himself to be a team man. He leads his class students and motivates them.
He actively participates in various activities like seminars, cultural activities, workshops etc. He involved in different social service activities like Blood donation, supporting the needy, with these he proved himself as a good social man.
As he is a sports person he won many rewards and trophies in sports like cricket, kabaddi and Floor ball etc. He learned how to manage winnings and losings with the same spirit. This helps him a lot in life as well.
He believes that UPs and DOWNs are common in life but we have to take both with the same spirit. If we are happy don't get excited. If we are in sad don't get depressed. Take both the feelings with the same attitude.

Relationships are a cornerstone of happiness and living a full life. This is because they come with a wide array of rewards. Relationships provide us with friends and family to share our lives with and people who can help us out in tough times. They tend to bring us plenty of laughs and as a result lots of joy. We need a healthy relationship that will be very advantageous for us. There are some benefits that I know which are came from healthy relationship. They are:
1)Less stress, 2)Better healing, 3)Healthier behaviors, 4)greater sense of purpose, 5)Longer life etc.

== 2.leave ego behind ==
Ego means a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance, and being egoless simply means the opposite. When you are egoless, you become more selfless and you put others first rather than yourself. This is the basic fundamental that most people understand about egoless.

I really like listening. Because listening gives us more knowledge. By listening we have a large number of benefits. Active listening involves listening with all senses. As well as giving full attention to the speaker, it is important that the ‘active listener’ is also ‘seen’ to be listening - otherwise the speaker may conclude that what they are talking about is uninteresting to the listener.

== 7.curb your enthusiasm ==
Curb your enthusiasm means to control your excitement, emotions. This will plays a major role in our life. We have to take control of our emotions. If we don't take that in our control we'll fail in sometimes, like when you're frustrated don't answer to anyone questions, that may be cause some problems in further future. Like wise there are so many things we can do by controlling our emotions. Keep balanced and stay strong mentally. That will helps us a lot.

== 8.build your resilence ==
Resilience means being able to adapt to life's misfortunes and setbacks. Resilience won't make your problems go away, but resilience can give you the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and better handle stress. If you aren't as resilient as you'd like to be, you can develop and learn skills to become more resilient.

== 9.speak up ==
We have to speak up, because if we don't speak we'll never know what is advantages and disadvantages of that work. If we speak to more people we will collect a lot of information from them. Even if we got at least one useful thing from one person that will help us a lot. If something is on your mind, speak up and let him know. You have to decide if it's important enough to speak up. Engage yourself in class, speak up appropriately and take your studies seriously. Maybe the last situation was what gave her the courage to speak up when the inheritance tension came back.
