Strategy 1: Create an Innovation Week on Campus (4/11-4/15)

Description: Our school has decided to create an interactive week that includes all university students. These students will be equipped with education, acess to influential community entreprenuers, networking nights and innovation centered games and activities. Through this we will be able to inform students on the importance of innovation and how we are trying to show how anyone can innovate and create a conducive enviornment to advnacement in the innovation and entreprenuerial facets.

Tactics:

- Hold an entreprenuerial techniques and meet and greet night catering to all majors spanning from business to engineering

- Industry inside talk from entreprenuers and innovators in Colorado Springs

- Entreprenuerial Education (Lean startup, Business Model Generation, Law, Scaling Product Development)

- Elevator Pitch Night

- Innovation Festival

- Create strategic partnership

- Marketing Club, ENTP Club

- Bridge gap between community business and university

Preston was born in Minneapolis, MN but has lived in Michigan, Indiana and resides currently in Colorado Springs, [[File:PrestonHare.jpg|thumb]]Colorado. He is pursuing a Bachelor of InnovationTMdegree in business administration and globalization at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs(UCCS). He is currently a Teaching Assistant for Entrepreneurship in college of business. Preston has worked in numerous different start-ups, most currently, he is the president of Lot Spot Inc. While president of Lot Spot Inc., he has secured a municipal contracts and received grant funding from UCCS Green Action Fund. Preston recently was a part of UCCS Delegation, that was invited by the President of Vietnam, to participate and facilitate a U.S State Department sponsored E&I workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. While there, he worked with students from multiple universities to create and E&I start-up environment for the current and future students. Preston is a very passionate person, is firm believer of diversity of thought and culture within the community and strives to connect all students the E&I community.
