I found really interesting the fact that you have to know how many people are interested on developing an idea. Personally, I would have avoided that part, and just launched that program. Also I think that having the opportunity that big companies can finance some projects, or even your University can do that is really amazing. In my Uni, you have to pass many filters in order to achieve some kind of founding, and at the long term, they took advantage of your idea and use it to promote their entrepreneurial spirit, I don't think that it's a bad movement, because they finance your idea, and they should have something on return, but maybe there are other better options for you to pay them back.

I absolutely enjoyed reading this. I was not sure what to expect, but this guide makes it seem not entirely hard.

Sponsorship is really everything and the guide does a good job pointing how crucial it is. This guide is practical and put me on the right track of information.

I liked the detail about how the venture fund has to provide support and mentorship for entrepreneurs, not just provide funding. This is something that I believe is very important, since throwing away money on poorly managed ventures would actively harm the entrepreneurial spirit of my university.

I found interesting the fact that support is one of the critical factors of success. Having the support of the faculty allows you to move forward with the project. Support from peers could help with raising funds on and off-campus. I think new things and innovations always meet a lot of criticism, so researching peoples' interest in the subject is essential for the project.

I like the point on being present on campus and the examples given. I think this is a really cool idea and definitely being prepared and showing other students that this program is present could inspire more ventures.

Early stage venture funds are essential for the spread of entrepreneurship within communities and for innovation to be produced at the most fundamental level. Universities should be a place where students not only learn new information, but also produce new works and products with what they have learned. It is a very instructive process to make financial planning and commercialize an idea while producing a product. However, in my opinion, in order for such a fund to be established, venture capital must first be popular in that country because the most important part of the process is to find investment for the fund while raising money for the fund.

In addition, if I have to give an idea, if the universities have a chance to provide financial support to the establishment of the funds, the initiatives coming out of the universities may have a chance to find support with crowdfunding within themselves.

==Bio==
Since I am studying computer engineering, I decided to work on the management and planning of software projects. Then I developed myself by taking various courses and trainings within the scope of Agile (Scrum-Kanban) software development methodologies. While running towards your dreams; I aim to participate in organizations where I can improve myself in the fields of finance, artificial intelligence and leadership.

One of the most important events that changed my life is when I bought my first stock while I was still in high school and became acquainted with the concept of "investment".
When I was in high school, I worked part-time as an assistant curator at the Campus Art Center.

Thanks to my interest in the art of rhetoric, I improved myself in rhetoric by taking lessons when I was in high school.

After high school, I decided to take a break from my education for a year and travel to Europe. In this process, I was accepted to the English preparatory school of Vienna Technical University and improved my English at a professional level. I had the chance to be in 9 different countries in Europe.

I worked as a product developer in the software team in the creation of web-based software and mobile software parts of our project, which I brought up to the investment stage, where I was in the founding team.

In this process, I took a decision-making role in determining the software languages to be used in the project and planning the basic architectural elements in the software. In addition to these, I contributed to the project in the determination of the interface features and then the documentation of the determined features.

I provided the preparation and follow-up of the software tasks in the project by using project management tools such as Trello, Slack, Balsamiq. In the features we prepared, I regularly used the Agile methodology to ensure that the product we created matched our goals and to increase the efficiency of our team.

Last year, I worked with the CEO of Evreka, an initiative that develops both mobile applications and web applications, where I worked as a long-term executive team intern. At the same time, I had the chance to gain a lot of experience in product development and management of software projects by working with the product manager of the enterprise.

I have the medal for the second place in Turkey for young men in handball. I have been doing crossfit actively since high school. Team sports is a big passion for me.
