Nishka Singh (she/her) is a sophomore at Fordham University studying Global Business with a concentration in Marketing with Consumer Insights. She’s passionate about understanding the people organizations serve, which led her to the Highest Awards Intern role she’s currently in at Girl Scouts of the USA. Nishka is focused on analyzing and assessing Girl Scout’s leadership awards portfolio and researching and developing recommendations to refine it.

Throughout her time in high school she:

Founded and served as the president of her high school's first debate club

Generated awareness regarding discrimination against minority faiths through her Girl Scout Gold Award project

Promoted mental health awareness through multiple service projects

Nishka is the Secretary of Fordham's podcasting club and is starting to host a book centered podcast in the next few months. Nishka is also a University Innovation Fellows Candidate through which she seeks to make meaningful change in her university with her small team. She loves reading inspirational, literary, and historical fiction, and would love to connect with you on Goodreads if you’d like to recommend books to her, or are looking for book recommendations :)
