<span style="font-size:large;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 30px;">[[File:SPMVV.png]]Rao, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, with the fervent desire to train women students as better builders of the Nation and to inculcate skills of leadership in all aspects of life.The University was established under the Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam Act of 1983,which has come into force on the 14 of April 1983.It was started with ten faculties and 300 students and twenty staff members. Today the University has a student population nearly 4000 and an academic staff of 105 and 131 academic consultants. This year the University has 59 courses at the post-graduate and undergraduate level and a good component of research. The campus of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam is spread out in a lush green area of 138.43 acres. The University is situated at a distance of 3 km from the railway and bus stations of Tirupati.The campus has the necessary buildings to run its academic programmes and administrative machinery. There are separate buildings for Humanities and Sciences, University Administration, Central Library, University Auditorium, Sericulture Complex, and School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and also an independent building for Computer Science, Business Management and Engineering College.</span></span></span>

<span style="font-size:large;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 30px;">Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam is led by seasoned academicians, committed educationalists and value conscious. The complete layout of the campus, the academic ethos and the mindscape of life in the campus is well conceived, articulated and designed by faculty, administration.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:large;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 30px;"> </span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 30px;">The depth of infrastructure available and scope of the academic exposure provided in a well structured manner enables each and every student to pursue one’s academic goals in a stress free atmosphere. A committed faculty is on hand to guide and assist the students. Paleti Pavani is a university innovation fellow  and presently undergraduate student studying Electronics and  Communication  Engineering in Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam, School of  Engineering and Technology, Tirupati.She was born in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh she did her schooling in Nellore. She stood topper in her school.  She was very much focused in chess competition and other extra curricular activities.  She was School Pupil Leader during her studies in school.  She also participated in social service programmes like blood donation campaigns, collecting flood relief funds and also for orphanages*She is also very interested and participated in innovative quiz competitions. In her spare times, she used to make craft works with newspapers and other waste materials viz., re-cycling products. *She also participated and organised several cultural programmes  and technical events.She was interested in listening music.*Then she moved to Narayana Junior College and   has succeeded in her intermediate education by scoring good results in the stream of Mathematics , Physics and Chemistry in 2012*  Then she moved to Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam, School of  Engineering and Technology, Tirupati in the year 2014 and pursuing her undergraduate engineering.My teammates in UIF are:-Vaddineni Roshini,Mounika Arekapudi and Bhavana Abburi

I'm Mounika Arekapudi pursuing my engineering in Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam.I'm an electronics student.Since childhood i always felt that [[File:Arekapudi.jpg|thumb]]we have got a beautiful life and we need to do something for the society.This ideology of mine interested me to be a part of social activities.I work as a team leader in NSS(Nationl Service Scheme) organisation.Being a team leader, under my supervision my team held many compaigns,rallys,consultancy services,medical camps in villages etc,.Im also a member in ITECH club formed in our college.In this club we help our peers to think innovatively,encourage design thinking, entrepreneurship,problem solving techniques, inherenting communication skills.This is the main reason why i wanted to be a part of  UIF program.By utilizing this oppurtunity i want to improvise the acivities held in our college.

                                                                                                                                I love writing.I have already written a few poems and articles in my regional language i.e., telugu. I have also written a few journals,which were published in my regional newspapers.Travelling fascinates me.It helps me to explore many things like people,traditions,culture,cuisines,relations,living and also myself.It helps me to become a better person.My only wish is to travel every nook and corner of the world.My teammates are:-Paleti Pavani,Vaddineni Roshini and Bhavana Abburi

She is originally from nellore in A.P, India, where she lived until 2007 when she moved to hyderabad and continued education for four years and return back to the same district .And there she completed her intermediate and got seat in Padmavathi University.There she served as a secretary of a ECE branch in her college.She also served as a class representative for a whole year and also consultant in the hostel management .She has been exposed to University Innovation Fellows in that college. From the younger age she is talented in different aspects like dance and sports.She has won some prizes from her school by participating in sports .She is a classical dancer.She has given some stage performances too and active participation in college activities. From the beginning she is very passionate about entrepreneurship.Through out the years she has given her dedication to get in to the best business schools and her aim is to get in the top most IIM's in India.She is much interested in making a change around people .This interest made her to participate in the debates or public speaking activities.Improvisation of her University is her present goal. Grant Jacoby is a wonderful person.He gave us an idea about how to start a consulting service for underpriviledged startups.For underpriviledged peaple.They definitly have ideas to do different things but they do no have required resourses,marketing and they are not exposed to all things which we use in our day to day life,like they do not have any idea about social websites,equipments,social awarness and so on.They are deprived compared to other people.They are not educated,they have never been able to attend social gatherings nd meet other people.So helping them in these aspects to overcome their fear and learn new things and give them ideas and resources to become an entrepreneur helps them to live independently.For this reason,creating student consulting service for underpriviledged startups is very much important.

== CREATING A GROUP: ==

Grant along with his fellow students started an organisation named 'KIVA'.Under this organisation,they collect funds for underpriviledged startups as a loan and repay it later.They work on a mission 'To connect people through lending to reduce poverty'.To start an organisation,we need to have willpower to do things under any circumstances and involve a group of people to work collabaratively.To do so,Grant told that we need to first of all be clear about what we want to do and hold a meeting with with all our peers and explain them what exactly is this organisation about and in which way we need to work for for the success of the organisation.And the choice is left to the students whether to be a part of this organisation or not.The people who are completely enthusiastic and hardworking will definetly join the organisation by which a group will be formed in organisation.All the students in the organisation should work as a team for the betterment of the organisation.A person who is capable enough to lead the team is elected as the leader.

== FUND RAISING : ==

This is the fundamental thing for starting an organisation.We definitely need sponsers who give funds for the startups.To get sponsers,we need students who can convince them to believe us.To do so,Grant told us that,for their organisation,the duty to get the sponsers was given to marketing students.Because they have instincts on how to convince sponsers to trust us in the work we do.We need to explain them about our program and benefits which they acquire by pairing with us.In this way we need to get loans from the sponsers and repay it to them before deadline.

PROBLEMS: We face many problems in theorganisation like people in the group may not work properly or the underpriviledged people may not be interested to be entrepreneur or sponsers may not give us money.We need to overcome all these problems and run the organisation.We nee to explain underpriviledged people what are the advantages they would engulf by becoming an entrepreneur gaining global awarness,their livelihood and so on.

== FINAL THOUGHTS: ==

So,accordind to Grant what i understood is that,to start an organisation,we need to start it as a small one,so that it helps us to understand what are the challenges we face in the process and how to overcome those problems.And once when we have a cleat and complete idea about the working of the organisation we can expand it.Once we expand the organisation,we can divide it into different groups so that functioning can be easy.It is definitely not a cake walk to run an organisation.We will be faced with a lot of problems,but we need to overcome them with innovative thinking,willpower and a complete team work to run the organisation successfully.
