Currently, she works as the Events Planning Associate of EPG department which connects undergraduate students with I&amp;amp;E events and programs in and out of Kentucky. Coming from Bangladesh, Minashsha grew up in the heard of pioneering social entrepreneurship initiatives by Dr. Mohammad Yunus and Fazle Hasan Abed, but it was only until last summer when she was fully exposed to social entrepreneurship and its impact on developing communities. During her summer internship as Community Development Intern in Entrepreneurship for the Public Good (EPG) Summer Institute in Berea College, she gained extensive knowledge on entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development through coursework and hands on experience in Appalachia. Currently, she works as the Events Planning Associate of EPG department which connects undergraduate students with I&amp;amp;E events and programs in and out of Kentucky.
