The purpose of The Office of Technology Transfer isto serve as a fully integrated center, structured to manage Morgan State’s intellectual property, fulfill the university's federal obligations, interact with industry to commercialize university intellectual property, foster economic development, and ultimately increase Morgan State’s resources to support its strategic goals. This office needs to operate at its highest level at all times. &lt;div&gt;[[File:Gvidau.jpg]]Gonzalo Vidaurrazaga was born in 1997 in Lima, Perú. He studies Industrial Engineering at UTEC and firmly believes that improving the entrepreneurship environment in Perú can release the covered potential the country has. Gonzalo defines himslef as an active studeny who is constantly focusing on generating positives changes in his surroundings; every action can change the day for another person and leaves an example behind for others. Above all, trying to make others happier.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He has also worked in helping in founding of Creacode , a startup that teaches programming to kids, and later on being one of the teachers in the camps. Gonzalo loves playing sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends. As an amateur soccer player, he has developed a more comprehensive view on how good teams work, due to the rigourous challenge that implies having a great relationship with all the teammates and how much it reflects on the team performance,&lt;br /&gt;

Overview: In talking to younger students on campus, we found that many did not know about the opportunities that were readily available to them. By not knowing about the opportunities, they were unable to take advantage of them, completely defeating the purpose of the opportunities at all. We believe that students should know about all opportunities available to them so that if they are interested, they can partake in entrepreneurship and innvoation activities on campus.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tactic #1: Tabling at admitted student events. By being present at events for students before they even attend classes, opportunities such as the Innovation Club will be more prevelant in students' minds when they do get to college. This is especially true for students who try everything before classes start because they won't be too busy to learn more in the first place.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tactic #2: Better marketing tactics for things like the library makerspace and the Innovation Club. By having more marketing materials and ambassadors for entrepreneurship and innovation around campus, students will be exposed to opportunities that they wouldn't have otherwise known about. Particularly with ambassadors, students would be able to ask questions and learn more about their options than with traditional flyers.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
