&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp;Kaitlyn is currently a third-year Interior Architecture student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She is set to graduate in the year 2015, and has plans after college to further her education in architecture. When describing why she wants to study architecture, her immediate response is to make an impact through process, in order for those who are educated and those who are uneducated in architecture to see not only the outcome, but also the journey and decisions that made the outcome possible. Kaitlyn has recently been accepted into the University Innovation Fellows program and is looking forward to sharing her design processes with other UI Fellows, and learning how their processes can influence her designs and thinking, changing them for the better. She wants to meet and experience as much as she can within this new community of innovators, and is motivated to become a successful entrepreneur.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; Kaitlyn is very involved and enjoys doing volunteer work for the community. When not involved in schoolwork or volunteering, Kaitlyn loves being active and playing sports. Within the past year, Kaitlyn has volunteered with Relay for Life, Rockingham County SPCA, and Habitat for Humanity. Currently within her design community, she is Vice President of her schools Interior Architecture Club, and has been a part of the club since staring at JMU. She has been a leader in organizing meeting, and club events. She works well in group setting and prefers collaborating with other organizations in order to achieve greater tasks, and integrate styles.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

Faculty, in the past, has seen the need for classes and organizations to establish and encourage entrepreneurship to help bring student ideas into a reality. There has been so many examples but as one, in 2005, faculty created a venture creation class to open entrepreneurship to undergraduate students, who had ideas in the past, but were in need for professional backing to ensure their path to a successful startup creation. Faculty not only encourages from a professor standpoint, but also as mentors and advisor. Within every club and entrepreneurial leadership program on campus, a faculty advisor dedicates their professionalism to the club. This dedication keeps an even broader range of resources open needed to continue the pathways students are creating. The faculty has also help bring together students who promote leadership within their disciplines, and given them the encouragement to collaborate. Not only does the faculty of all disciplines explore their personal entrepreneurships and strive to create more innovation within their discipline, they push each individual student to explore their full potential. Faculty of James Madison University have highly successful businesses and companies that set examples for the way they encourage student to achieve prominent entrepreneurships. Whether students want to start a business, sell products, invent new technology, or design innovative ideas of the future, there is a faculty member who has been in that situation and know the right steps to inspire the student to fulfill his or her goals in creating a pathway towards entrepreneurship. Faculty, in the past, has seen the need for classes and organizations to establish and encourage entrepreneurship to help bring student ideas into a reality. There has been so many examples but as one, in 2005, faculty created a venture creation class to open entrepreneurship to undergraduate students, who had ideas in the past, but were in need for professional backing to ensure their path to a successful startup creation. &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp;Kaitlyn is currently a third-year Interior Architecture student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She is set to graduate in the year 2015, and has plans after college to further her education in architecture. When describing why she wants to study architecture, her immediate response is to make an impact through process, in order for those who are educated and those who are uneducated in architecture to see not only the outcome, but also the journey and decisions that made the outcome possible. Kaitlyn has recently been accepted into the University Innovation Fellows program and is looking forward to sharing her design processes with other UI Fellows, and learning how their processes can influence her designs and thinking, changing them for the better. She wants to meet and experience as much as she can within this new community of innovators, and is motivated to become a successful entrepreneur.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; Kaitlyn is very involved and enjoys doing volunteer work for the community. When not involved in schoolwork or volunteering, Kaitlyn loves being active and playing sports. Within the past year, Kaitlyn has volunteered with Relay for Life, Rockingham County SPCA, and Habitat for Humanity. Currently within her design community, she is Vice President of her schools Interior Architecture Club, and has been a part of the club since staring at JMU. She has been a leader in organizing meeting, and club events. She works well in group setting and prefers collaborating with other organizations in order to achieve greater tasks, and integrate styles.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
