While the task may seem duanting at first, planning a large scale is quite plausible when broken down into its components, analyzed, and executed one step at a time. There are just a few steps and guidelines one should follow to successfully plan an event which are elaborated below.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
= Make Lists&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; =&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lists are always good ways to break down your planning and make sure you cover everything required for your event.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Supplies - both items need to be ordered and items you already own&lt;br /&gt;
*Partnerships - who will you be working with? what is their role in your event?&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
*Day of event task list&lt;br /&gt;
*Delegation list - jobs that go to particular people who are volunteering for you&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
= Partnering with Organizations =&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When planning a large scale event, partnering with other organizations is inevitable. Partnership allows for opportunities to share responsibilities and resources. This way, the pressure of initiating an event may be reduced, and it may get easier to launch a large scale event.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Prioritize work or orders to be completed. Upon deciding the theme or the purpose of a specific event, brainstorm necessary steps to be taken, and prioritize them.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Categorize tasks according to their entity. For example, if two important steps are: putting food order and inviting keynote speakers, categorize them by: food and speech.&lt;br /&gt;
*Assign each work to a specific organization that has better insights in completing the task.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
= Delegating Jobs =&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Survey people's expertise and interests.This can be done by using google forms, paper surveys and one-on-one conversations. This way, the delegation of job will seem natural and spike interests among people. &lt;br /&gt;

Just make sure you make note to keep it from going wrong next time.&lt;br /&gt;

= Make Lists&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt; =&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lists are always good ways to break down your planning and make sure you cover everything required for your event.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Supplies - both items need to be ordered and items you already own&lt;br /&gt;
*Partnerships - who will you be working with? what is their role in your event?&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
*Day of event task list&lt;br /&gt;
*Delegation list - jobs that go to particular people who are volunteering for you&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
= Partnering with Organizations =&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When planning a large scale event, partnering with other organizations is inevitable. Partnership allows for opportunities to share responsibilities and resources. This way, the pressure of initiating an event may be reduced, and it may get easier to launch a large scale event.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Prioritize work or orders to be completed&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Upon deciding the theme or the purpose of a specific event, brainstorm necessary steps to be taken, and prioritize them.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Categorize tasks according to their entity.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For example, if two important steps are: putting food order and inviting keynote speakers, categorize them by: food and speech.&lt;br /&gt;

3. Assign each work to a specific organization that has better insights in completing the task.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

Jae's background as an international student from South Korea, along with her study abroad experience in South Africa, has given her a global exposure and opened her eyes to different cultures and perspectives.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;Jae studies chemical engineering at Bucknell University, and her research interests are targeted drug delivery and nanoindentation math modeling. Outside of her academic work, Jae is a leader in multiple organizations and an agent of positive change to Bucknell student experiences and campus climate. As the student co-chair of the Committee on Campus and Student Life, Jae works with faculty and administration members&amp;amp;nbsp;to promote an active, diverse, enriching Bucknell community and to further the intellectual and personal aims of a Bucknell education. Jae serves as the captain of the Chem E Car team, an interdisciplinary team of 50 students, that builds a car that runs and stops on chemical reaction. Additionally, Jae serves as a Residential Advisor of a residence hall with an international theme, where she intiates the culture of community, safety, and diversity.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;Jae is fearless in putting her knowledge into actionable plans that create lasting impact.
