His schooling till 10th grade went in his home town in Krishna District. His schooling had been a great learning for him and also a place where he built his skills, knowledge, and also ever lasting friendships. He then underwent his Intermediate education from a local college nearby. And thereafter he joined in one of the finest colleges of Andhra Pradesh Vasireddy Venkatadri institute of technology to develop himself in the field of his interest. He organized and participated in many extra curricular activities that enhanced his team skills.

He always tries to indulge in some work as he believes in quality time. He is interested in Artificial Intelligence, Web designing, and tackling the challenging problems. He is interested in learning new things and easily coordinates with his peers. He always tries to work with passion and make use of his knowledge to solve problems in society in a creative manner. He gets motivated through his works. His motto is "Live and Let Live". She loves music of all forms and constantly takes up new instruments to experiment on. A quintessential example of hyperactivity, she's a jack of all arts, (not necessarily a master at 'em, though)! Building bird houses? Writing a book? Knitting? Sports in general? Conspiracy theories? Evolution of anime music? Grooming a rabbit? Sunflower potpourris? Pre-medieval art? Venkata Subbarao Mupparaju is an University Innovation Fellow Candidate, who is a Mechanical Engineering student at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
He is former out sourcing Asst. Engineer for Indian Railways and former trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra limited in Swaraj division.

He was born in an agricultural family. After his schooling, he did his diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Where he was exposed to the technical world and learned some technical staff there.

During his schooling, he observed that there is no minimum respect for uneducated, he then committed to acquire good knowledge and assist his father .

An uif should create a platform where students gather at one place in the campus and share their experiences ,the work they do ,the difficulties they face ,funny moments ,failure and success stories .This platform motives and inspires students from other students because this results an emotional attachment among students causing themselves to make continuous efforts on their interests ,so that they can make proper moves in the life to achieve happiness and success . == The Importance of Motivation ==

Even the article is short but that really hits me on the right spot. I believe that motivation is something very important in our life. I personally get my motivation from questioning everything I see. If I see something wrong or inappropriate then it motivates me to fix or change it for example being an UIF is motivated by questioning why our education is only focused on the students' hard skills. By fixing or changing something wrong, I believe it will motivate other people to do the same, it's contagious.

== Motivation To Peers : ==

One of the best ways to get your peers or coworkers motivated is to set a good example for them to follow. We should offer positive Encouragement to the peers. I believe that sometimes people need space get work done. They might be engaged in encountering the trouble. Being an uif fellow ; we should motivate them with our work and involving them in the work makes them feel they are a part of it. I personally believe that Motivation comes from questioning. we should provide design thinking and uif workshops to get them attracted and motivated by the uif work.
