Iulia is a University Innovation Fellow with a remarkable focus on the future and a keen awareness of the world around her, because she wants to make a change and, most importantly, be the change. She is a creative soul, who is constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.

Iulia recently graduated from Lucian Blaga University (2024), Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, specializing in Psychology. During her time at university, she initially immersed herself in clinical psychology, driven by a passion for understanding the human mind and helping others. However, over time, she discovered the beauty and intrigue of organizational psychology. This newfound interest has opened up a fascinating avenue for her, where she can blend her psychological expertise with her innovative thinking to enhance workplace environments and foster positive organizational change.

Iulia's curiosity and creativity help her understand and apply complex ideas in unique and meaningful ways. As she takes on new challenges and broadens her knowledge, Iulia is ready to make important contributions to organizational psychology. Her commitment to continuous learning and her ability to adapt to changing environments make her a dynamic and inspiring person. In the future, she wants to work in a large organization as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar position.

Growing up, she has always had a passion for sport and animals. She also loves reading and enjoys listening to music. Due to her love for helping others and learning new things, she participated in various volunteer activities, including volunteering at ULBS Design Thinking School of Sibiu and a Students Psychology Association (ASPS), in the educational department.

Currently, Iulia is learning for her master's degree in Organizational Psychology and she is working as an Intern in HR.
