She is student athlete at Fox double-majoring in entrepreneurship and marketing. She is a member of several clubs as well as on the track and field team. Her passions include sports, camping, and developing businesses. She currently is in the pursuit to develop a new VR software system that will allow businesses from around the world to communicate their novel ideas without any tech or language knowledge needed. If she isn't working on a business plan she is working with her hands building furniture or fixing up golf carts. After college she hopes to join a tech start-up and gain experience to launch her own company. She wants to help George Fox cultivate a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Caleb Hubbell is a University Innovation Fellow and is currently studying Computer Engineering and Computer Science at George Fox University. His passion is to build relationships between the typical engineer, and those who require their assistance. He enjoys meeting new people and creating a productive atmosphere fostering teamwork.[[File:Pic1.jpg]]
    Growing up, my Dad was in the Marine Corps. This was a fantastic childhood that grew me into who I am today. I have been all over the world, having friends from Africa to Cambodia. Having this experience, I feel extremely comfortable around any group of people. I have grown up learning different cultures and how to relate.
<div>   I have exposed myself to a wide variety of work, which I hope will help me in whatever field I choose. I have held jobs ranging from helping the neighbors down the road with any of their PC problems to driving GPS-enabled tractors. I feel like helping the neighbors has shown me how simple things need to be made. Working on the farm was well, hard work. This has given me an extremely strong work ethic. Through my jobs, I have gained the insight into how others think and work, and the skills to work hard and learn untaught skills.</div><div> </div><div>   While in high school, I attended the local university. After my freshman year I would dual enroll through the local charter school, and take college courses. Those three years of college taught me determination and the value of always looking forward. I now realize how invaluable that head start was.</div><div> </div><div>   I am seeking an internship for the upcoming summer. I am hoping to find a challenging opportunity where my passion and talents, with both people and engineering, can be put to use.</div><div> </div>

Ethan Moss is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate studying Computer Science at George Fox University (GFU). He is originally from Richland, WA, where he lived and studied until he began attending GFU in 2014. He has been participating in UIF since 2016.

Along with his studies in Computer Science at George Fox, Ethan is also a student in the William Penn Honors Program, a Great Books Program. He has also been employed by GFU's Data Analytics department, working on a variety of projects, from data science to software development.

Outside of his studies, Ethan has found great interest in things such as computing, software development, video games, and reading. He also has a passion for using his skills to assist others, which has seen him participate in GFU's Urban Outreach program. His main goal in life is to improve the lives of those around him.

She is focused but appreciates variety and spontaneity. Through her past and present positions as Digital Logic Teaching Assistant, Physics and Math Tutor, Machine Shop Supervisor, and Camp Counselor, Kelsey has discovered a passion for teaching and empowering others. She finds that she learns best through explaining concepts to others and enjoys hands-on, team projects.

George Fox University has a community that is ready to encourage an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. Unfortunately, much of the infrastructure to allow students, faculty, and community members to explore their ideas does not yet exist.

George Fox University promotes many opportunites for students to discover innovation and entrepreneurship. This is mainly done through classes that encourage innovative thinking through projects. These are classes like Engineering Principles, which is two parts, each part consisting of a end of semester project with an open ended way to solve a problem; and Microprocessors, where students are allowed to design a completely custom circuit board that does whatever they want as long as they meet a few requirements.  In the business department, George Fox has it's own entrepreneurship major program, and attempts to be as close to real busniess settings as possible. In a managerial accounting class student's have to create their own hypothetical resturant and present financial projections. In a marketing class, students are currently working with an outside insurance agency to apply what they've learned in market research. All around the business and engineering departments George Fox University has the abilty to promote innovation and entrepreneurship  through their many communication channels.

George Fox faculty do not conduct as much research as most universities because George Fox encourages its faculty to focus on students and on teaching effectively. Ethan Moss is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate studying Computer Science at George Fox University (GFU). He is originally from Richland, WA, where he lived and studied until he began attending GFU in 2014. He has been participating in UIF since 2016.

Along with his studies in Computer Science at George Fox, Ethan is also a student in the William Penn Honors Program, a Great Books Program. He has also been employed by GFU's Data Analytics department, working on a variety of projects, from data science to software development.

Outside of his studies, Ethan has found great interest in things such as computing, software development, video games, and reading. He also has a passion for using his skills to assist others, which has seen him participate in GFU's Urban Outreach program. His main goal in life is to improve the lives of those around him.
