Being a candidate of University Innovation Fellowship program, we probably have lot of ideas to bring change which is good for others and our college. I know that it is not easy to do it on my own. We will need support of other students. It can be possible to get support if we tell them what is the need to change and what benefits do we have after the change.

Our college Infrastructure is good and surroundings suites our taste. But it can be improved to some other level. Every individual will have their own ideas, but are afraid to share because of their own reasons. I can motivate them to share their ideas and know others too so that they can compare and know which is better. I can do it by sharing my thoughts and knowing their ideas. No idea will match others and some dislike others ideas. Finally after sometime of discussion we can come to conclusion and I can explain in detail what ideas can be implemented and what benefits we can get by implementing them.
