==Bio==&lt;br /&gt;
Qua'Nisha Clemons, Nisha for short was born on the eastside of Detroit, Michigan July 30th 1998. Nisha grew up in Detroit and metro-Detroit most of her life. Graduating from L'Anse Creuse High School - North in Macomb, Michigan. While in high school Nisha was very active in various clubs and organizations such as Student Government, Collation club, Diversity club, Key Club, Junior and Senior Powder Puff, Junior ROTC, Performing Arts' Troupe 7402 and many more clubs and organizations thorough her high school career. Upon graduating in June 2017 Nisha briefly attended The University of Michigan - Flint but unenrolled due to finical costs. In the mean time Nisha was an employee for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Sterling Heights, Michigan. During the time Nisha attended carious community colleges thorough her early 20's. During her working journey Nisha has had the change to work in the entrepreneur space owning her own desert business' called &amp;quot;Butta Jars&amp;quot; a cheesecake desert business that grossed over $1,000 in sales the first five months of business. Some other projects Nisha has worked on and worked for was The John Shippen National Invitational hosted in Detroit, Michigan in 2020 and 2021. After the pandemic in 2020 and losing her mother back in June 2019 Nisha decided to purse her education once again in community college. After completing a semester at her local community college. Nisha found herself homeless in 2022, but that didn't let her stop her from completing and pursuing her dreams and envision the bigger picture. In August of 2022 Nisha decided to pack up her belongings and move across the country to Elizabeth City, North Carolina and attend the Illustrious Elizabeth City State University studying Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a minor in English. In her time at ECSU Nisha has been able to become a Thurgood Marshall College Fund Coca-Cola 1st Gen Scholarship recipient, Dean's list 2022-2023, TMCF Leadership Institute Recipient, Rocket Mortgage Admin Sales Internship - Summer 2023. Nisha has joined a host of clubs and organizations such as 1704 Media Productions as a social media manager, and contributor, SGA sophomore class senator 2023-2024, Entrepreneurship founding member and social media char, CAB general member, NSLS member, Civic Influencer, NC Black Alliance 2023-2024, Campus Vote Project fellow. In only attended her institution in just a year Nisha has been able to showcase her leadership capabilities while also breaking generational curses of being the first person in her family to attened college, and an HBCU. &lt;br /&gt;

Elizabeth City State University, founded in 1891, is a Historically Black College University based in Elizabeth City, North Carolina with a student population of 2,054. The University is small quaint institutions that is located in the Albermarle Area, with acces to the U.S. Coast Guard Base in Elizabeth City and Elizabeth City Regional Airport for our CSPI and Aviation students. The campus has 5 dormitories, 7 academic building, and 114 acres used in spreading diverisity and inclusion for our students, faculty, staff, and alumni. &lt;br /&gt;

==Promoting Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship==&lt;br /&gt;
Elizabeth City State University offers non-I&amp;amp;E courses imparting the importance of I&amp;amp;E in the context of a larger subject area within the department of Accounting, Sports Management, and Business Administration, the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineer Technology, and the Department of Health and Human Studies. Elizabeth City State University offers Aviation Science to all students, Engineering Technology for Engineering Technology majors, and Biochemistry for Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science majors. Elizabeth City State University has hosted a plethora of TEDx events. The TRIO Student Support Services Program, The University’s Honors Program, and the Division of Student Affairs have hosted events and webinar series featuring well-known TEDx speakers. Elizabeth City State University has had a community outreach series, professional development workshops, and the Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project Series. Elizabeth City State University pushes out marketing and communication strategies through Elizabeth City State University’s newsroom, our International program, and through our very own radio station titled WRVS.&lt;br /&gt;

The school of Education and Business has the first implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship well established at the institution, by having a concentration in Business Administration for Management and Entrepreneurship. This bachelor's degree holds courses such as BUAD 322 Entrepreneurship and BUAD 360 Quantitive Methods, which provide undergrads the design thinking space they need in I&amp;amp;E. The school of Science Aviation Health &amp;amp; Technology is a highly funded school that upholds undergraduate programs such as Kinesiology, Avionics, Aviation Management, Unmanned Aircraft Systems, and Computer Networking Engineering Technology. All of which encourage I&amp;amp;E in all aspects of thinking, students and faculty work together on hands-on experience during their time at ECSU, the best form of encouragement that can go a long way in the way our professors in the School of Science Aviation HElath &amp;amp; Technology are influential in their entrepreneurial skillset.&lt;br /&gt;
