I think the unconference is so awesome! I think not enforcing any particular event agenda allows people to discover the true, authentic passions of the people around them. Mixing official business with a little personal flavor allows people to form connections in a real way, as opposed to the dry exchange of ideas on a more intellectual level at a traditional conference. Obviously, there are disadvantages to this lack of structure but I know this approach is sorely needed for many places in academia and industry.

Merging passions for the life sciences, policy, and service, as an aspiring physician, Sri has worked to improve his knowledge of healthcare and medicine with broader entrepreneurial and innovative insights. His three years in college thus far have been spent conducting neuroscience research, organizing TEDxUTulsa, and volunteering in the broader Tulsa community. In his off time, you may catch him playing basketball or the guitar.

==Achievements==
Part of the Early Careers in Community Medicine Track, Sri has utilized the mentorship and support of the University of Tulsa and OU School of Community Medicine to understand the ways health is determined by a broader interplay of social and economic factors. During his time in undergrad, he has also received the Presidential Honor Roll for 4 years at college, and led projects in service, social entrepreneurship, and gotten to know the non-profit community in Oklahoma. He is also a certified gym rat.
