She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in the domain of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, Visakhapatnam, AP. She chose this branch, as she is passionate about satellite communication. She is a girl who is very determined and sensitive to environment. She loves to dance and is very active. She loves practical sessions and focuses on technical knowledge. She is a member of Young India (YUVA). She has organised events and workshops for the college festival. She also actively participates in social service sessions. She strongly believes that innovation in education can bring a huge difference in student life. She usually ponders over alternative solutions for every problem.

She feels students should be encouraged to come up with innovative ideas and thoughts to create a learning ambience in classrooms. In her campus she would like to create an environment where students can feel free to interact with faculty and management, to go forward with their ideas and thus create an entrepreneurial mindset. She believes a student with strong desire can change the world. Also in her campus she plans to introduce clubs focusing on various areas.

After spending her early childhood in Raipur, she was relocated to Visakhapatnam and currently living in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She was introduced to this University Innovation Fellows program in her 3 year of B.Tech through Andhra Pradesh State Skill DevelopmentCorporation(A  PSSDC).

She is very active and dynamic. She has good organising skills and communication skills. She is BEC certified student with a grade of B1. She has a quality of helping and motivating the peers. She is down to earth and good at team work. She has been interested to upgrade her knowledge by  attending workshops. She has participated in co-circular and extra circular activities and also has organised many events in the campus. Apart from her studies, she loves to sing. She is a guitarist and we can find her with guitar in her free time. She does every work which is given to her with utmost dedication. When given a responsibility she carries it out without neglecting her other duties. She is also a member of Young India(YUVA).

She wants everyone to follow their passions. She believes every individual is born to achieve something but the present scenario of education system doesn’t seem favourable. So she wants to encourage students to follow their passions no matter what. This UIF is the best platform to do so. She feels good health is primary requirement for everything, so she plans on introducing health care management in her campus.

In her college she has been acting as Techno Journalist for College daily and bi - monthly Newsletter and she has been interested to upgrade and update her knowledge by attending and coordinating workshops and seminars. She is creative and innovative in thinking. She is smart, dedicated and dynamic. She has good Organizing and Communication Skills. She is BEC Certified student with a grade of B2 and also recipient of gold medal in science Olympiad . She has a quality of helping and motivating the peers which enhances her skill of respecting others. She has amazing leadership skills and can inspire and motivate anyone, especially her peers.  She is down to earth and very good at working in a team. She is very empathetic, patient and broad minded.

From her school days, disappointed with the status quo of the education system, has made it her goal to contribute in redesigning the higher education. And UIF has proved to be a perfect platform to do so. She spends her spare time reading books. In her campus, she is interested in developing an Innovation & Entrepreneurship culture along with skill development. Being a lover of nature and believer of sustainable development, she plans on developing a green campus.

= Fall 2018 Strategic Priorities =

== Strategy #1: Introducing clubs ==

We propose basic clubs which are currently lacking in our institution, like English club, coding club, design thinking courses, cultural clubs. Club membership will allow students to continue some of your interests and hobbies that they had in high school. Being in a club is a nice extracurricular activity outside of class and it looks good on resume. It may allow them access to different types of resources or even field trips. Students can explore their interests in a hobby they’ve always wanted to try or learn more about. We plan to implement it by working along with faculty and management to find a feasible time for running of the clubs, and planning out course structures.

Outcome: Students get relaxed after long day at college. The basic skills required as engineers, like communication skills, coding skills, creativity, are improved.

== Strategy #2: Industry-Institute connect ==

Through the program, the students get to know how technology is getting updated and what next Generation is demanding. We are going to implement it by collaborating with companies. We will know their needs through a series of interaction sessions. Also bringing the industry managers to college will bring awareness among the students. Through internship fairs we plan to provide students with internships. We will be using the TV5 college connect program, which is a government of Andhra Pradesh initiative, to achieve this.

Outcome: To update the skills as per the technology demands and knowing the real time problems will promote their innovative and entrepreneur qualities through work experience.

== Strategy #3: Green Campus ==

Green campus inspired from our prime minister call, swachh bharat which brings awareness among the students regarding cleaning and management of waste produced. Why green campus? Our aim is to develop a green campus by minimizing the waste and its proper disposal and implementing rain water harvesting method. By making students a part of this project, it will improve sense of responsibility towards nature and society among the students. We are going to implement it by first conducting a survey in our college to estimate the amount of waste produced which can be recycled and reused. Based on the result we interact with the students over the chances of wastage reduction. Also encourage students to brainstorm ideas for disposal and reduction of this waste not only in college but also in the surrounding housing areas. With help of NSS team in our college we plan to involve students in cleaning our campus. Water harvesting pits to collect rain water should be implemented and also regular checking of the pits has to be done so that no other waste collects there.

Outcome: It creates a feeling of responsibility in students towards society which is one of the important qualities for an entrepreneur.

== Strategy #4: Health care management ==

Health care management is a profession that provides leadership to deliver personal health services. It is a program of organizing health awareness camps and providing health care facilities.Why Health care? As we know many of the students are suffering with the physical as well as mental problems which will have impact on their studies. This health care teaches a student to improve in physical, mental, social health. This program will make the students to get good mental health which in turn develop their creative thinking. We are going to implement it by collaborating with Care N Grow which is a health care organization whose mission is to enable healthy growth of children to build robust communities, healthier nations; augment well-being of humanity by inculcating healthy and positive habits in children. By conducting health awareness programs we plan to make students take up a healthy lifestyle. By conducting medical caps for continuous monitoring of heaths of students we plan to keep record of their progress. By conducting yoga classes we are going to stabilize their minds from their tensions and emotions.

Outcome: As health is primary for all our achievements and success, So with this program we make the students healthy and bring progress in all area and to make a holistic development in their lives. Also once the health concern is done away with, students can concentrate more on utilising the opportunities before them.

VIIT has always showed interest in innovation and entrepreneurial environment and puts its hands first to develop such skills in the students. As part of this, Entrepreneurship Development (ED) cell and Centre For Innovation (CFI) has been established in the VIIT campus, which creates a platform for students to express their ideas. Here the ideas will be groomed with the help of the faculty. Recently, VIIT has been recognised as host institution for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), a government of India scheme, which provides some space to flourish the ideas. The innovative ideas of the students help them to become successful entrepreneurs. Further to create and foster entrepreneurial culture among students Entrepreneurship club was started in the campus. Recently College Connect program run by TV5 News, under Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) was held, in which CEO’s of various companies interacted and motivated students to become entrepreneurs. Furthermore they also agreed to train the students to achieve their goals. ED cell and CFI conducts various workshops and awareness programs, like Entrepreneurship Awarness Camp by CED, Millionminds Startup Life by budding entrepreneurs, Drone designing, Zero waste management etc. Furthermore, many competitions at campus level and National level are conducted, which provides a platform for the students to present their ideas and raise funds. Along with Innovation & Entrepreneurship, VIIT concentrates on community service oriented activities. As part of it, NSS(National Service Scheme) has been introduced in the campus. The main objective of this scheme is education and service to the community and by the community.  Under this organisation, VIIT students have been participating in all societal activities.

Faculty at VIIT not only endeavour innovative thoughts among  students but also proposes many innovative projects, research proposals. The professors and assistant professors from various departments along with teaching students perform various research activities in their respective domains. In many cases they collaborate with the students to achieve excellent outcomes, which eventually lead to a start-up.  Our college also organises many faculty development workshops and guest lectures. Research facilities developed in the institute maintains active collaboration with other premier institutes/research organizations like IITs, NIITs, ,IISc Bangalore, Siemens’ Lab, BARC, Andhra University etc.

VIIT is successful in promoting the interaction of industry with various departments of Institution. The colleges creates awareness among the students through ED cell, Centre for Innovation(CFI), Centre for Engineering Exploration(CEER). Under CEER,  bridge course are given to upcoming batches of students, which creates awareness among students from the beginning of their B.Tech .Under CFI papers have been published and this space is used not just to train VIIT students but also students from other campuses. For workshops or awareness programs under CFI, VIIT has collaborated with organisations like Hobbypep, Green Waves Environmental Solutions. College Connect program run by TV5 News, under Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) is another initiative taken by the college to bring industry and institute closer. Regional sources for funding include Fundamental Skills for Manufacturing and Engineering (FSME) under MSME cell. Students looking for advise or mentorship for establishing their own companies can approach start-up mentor which is a business advisory program, under MSME. Different Memorandum of understanding (MOUs) are also signed up with various institutes and companies to increase the support to students. Microsoft conducts workshops and awareness sessions for CSE/IT students. It also visits the campus to hire students. Companies such as Amazon, MindTree, Infosys, IBM, Cap Gemini, Accenture, Cummins, Mitsubishi, Efftronics, VCTPL etc., regularly visit the campus for placements. Indian Navy is associated in terms of placements, awareness sessions and regular visits of senior navy personnel. The institute is a member of Infosys campus connect, TCS campus commune, Wipro Earthion, Google Student Ambassador, Microsoft Student Partner, etc.

VIIT is always actively engaged with regional and local economic development. VIIT is collaborated with Government of India programs like Young India (YI), Unnnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). More than 1000 students from VIIT are the members of Young India. Under YI members are responsible for planning and executing projects towards Nation Building. The projects deal with a range of topics such as cleanliness, road safety etc. Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is being coordinated and steered by IIT Delhi. The program involves engaging with neighbouring communities and using technologies for their upliftment. VIIT recently adopted 5 villages under UBA and is supporting them technically and financially, with the help of NSS students. College frequently participates in the local social service programs like road safety awareness program, health awareness camps etc. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana facilitates the youth of our nation with the best technology and infrastructure, making them efficient and industry ready. Under PMKVY, college will be indentifying the unemployed youth and helping them develop skills.

ED cell and CFI conducts various workshops and awareness programs, like Entrepreneurship Awarness Camp by CED, Millionminds Startup Life by budding entrepreneurs, Drone designing, Zero waste management etc. Furthermore, many competitions at campus level and National level are conducted, which provides a platform for the students to present their ideas and raise funds. Along with Innovation & Entrepreneurship, VIIT concentrates on community service oriented activities. As part of it, NSS(National Service Scheme) has been introduced in the campus. The main objective of this scheme is education and service to the community and by the community.  Under this organisation, VIIT students have been participating in all societal activities.

After spending her early childhood in Raipur, she was relocated to Visakhapatnam and currently living in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She was introduced to this University Innovation Fellows program in her 3 year of B.Tech through Andhra Pradesh State Skill DevelopmentCorporation(A  PSSDC).

She is very active and dynamic. She has good organising skills and communication skills. She is BEC certified student with a grade of B1. She has a quality of helping and motivating the peers. She is down to earth and good at team work. She has been interested to upgrade her knowledge by  attending workshops. She has participated in co-circular and extra circular activities and also has organised many events in the campus. Apart from her studies, she loves to sing. She is a guitarist and we can find her with guitar in her free time. She does every work which is given to her with utmost dedication. When given a responsibility she carries it out without neglecting her other duties. She is also a member of Young India(YUVA).

She wants everyone to follow their passions. She believes every individual is born to achieve something but the present scenario of education system doesn’t seem favourable. So she wants to encourage students to follow their passions no matter what. This UIF is the best platform to do so. She feels good health is primary requirement for everything, so she plans on introducing health care management in her campus.

She is BEC Certified student with a grade of B2 and also recipient of gold medal in science Olympiad . She has a quality of helping and motivating the peers which enhances her skill of respecting others. She has amazing leadership skills and can inspire and motivate anyone, especially her peers.  She is down to earth and very good at working in a team. She is very empathetic, patient and broad minded.

From her school days, disappointed with the status quo of the education system, has made it her goal to contribute in redesigning the higher education. And UIF has proved to be a perfect platform to do so. She spends her spare time reading books. == Strategy #1: Introducing clubs ==

We propose basic clubs which are currently lacking in our institution, like English club, coding club, design thinking courses, cultural clubs. Club membership will allow students to continue some of your interests and hobbies that they had in high school. Being in a club is a nice extracurricular activity outside of class and it looks good on resume. It may allow them access to different types of resources or even field trips. Students can explore their interests in a hobby they’ve always wanted to try or learn more about. We plan to implement it by working along with faculty and management to find a feasible time for running of the clubs, and planning out course structures.

Outcome: Students get relaxed after long day at college. The basic skills required as engineers, like communication skills, coding skills, creativity, are improved.

== Strategy #2: Industry-Institute connect ==

Through the program, the students get to know how technology is getting updated and what next Generation is demanding. We are going to implement it by collaborating with companies. We will know their needs through a series of interaction sessions. Also bringing the industry managers to college will bring awareness among the students. Through internship fairs we plan to provide students with internships. We will be using the TV5 college connect program, which is a government of Andhra Pradesh initiative, to achieve this.

Outcome: To update the skills as per the technology demands and knowing the real time problems will promote their innovative and entrepreneur qualities through work experience.

== Strategy #3: Green Campus ==

Green campus inspired from our prime minister call, swachh bharat which brings awareness among the students regarding cleaning and management of waste produced. Why green campus? Our aim is to develop a green campus by minimizing the waste and its proper disposal and implementing rain water harvesting method. By making students a part of this project, it will improve sense of responsibility towards nature and society among the students. We are going to implement it by first conducting a survey in our college to estimate the amount of waste produced which can be recycled and reused. Based on the result we interact with the students over the chances of wastage reduction. Also encourage students to brainstorm ideas for disposal and reduction of this waste not only in college but also in the surrounding housing areas. With help of NSS team in our college we plan to involve students in cleaning our campus. Water harvesting pits to collect rain water should be implemented and also regular checking of the pits has to be done so that no other waste collects there.

Outcome: It creates a feeling of responsibility in students towards society which is one of the important qualities for an entrepreneur.

== Strategy #4: Health care management ==

Health care management is a profession that provides leadership to deliver personal health services. It is a program of organizing health awareness camps and providing health care facilities.Why Health care? As we know many of the students are suffering with the physical as well as mental problems which will have impact on their studies. This health care teaches a student to improve in physical, mental, social health. This program will make the students to get good mental health which in turn develop their creative thinking. We are going to implement it by collaborating with Care N Grow which is a health care organization whose mission is to enable healthy growth of children to build robust communities, healthier nations; augment well-being of humanity by inculcating healthy and positive habits in children. By conducting health awareness programs we plan to make students take up a healthy lifestyle. By conducting medical caps for continuous monitoring of heaths of students we plan to keep record of their progress. By conducting yoga classes we are going to stabilize their minds from their tensions and emotions.

Outcome: As health is primary for all our achievements and success, So with this program we make the students healthy and bring progress in all area and to make a holistic development in their lives. Also once the health concern is done away with, students can concentrate more on utilising the opportunities before them.

She chose this branch, as she is passionate about satellite communication. She is a girl who is very determined and sensitive to environment. She loves to dance and is very active. She loves practical sessions and focuses on technical knowledge. She is a member of Young India (YUVA). She has organised events and workshops for the college festival. She also actively participates in social service sessions. She strongly believes that innovation in education can bring a huge difference in student life. She usually ponders over alternative solutions for every problem.

With help of NSS team in our college we plan to involve students in cleaning our campus. Water harvesting pits to collect rain water should be implemented and also regular checking of the pits has to be done so that no other waste collects there.

Health care management is a profession that provides leadership to deliver personal health services. It is a program of organizing health awareness camps and providing health care facilities.Why Health care? As we know many of the students are suffering with the physical as well as mental problems which will have impact on their studies. This health care teaches a student to improve in physical, mental, social health. This program will make the students to get good mental health which in turn develop their creative thinking. We are going to implement it by collaborating with Care N Grow which is a health care organization whose mission is to enable healthy growth of children to build robust communities, healthier nations; augment well-being of humanity by inculcating healthy and positive habits in children. By conducting health awareness programs we plan to make students take up a healthy lifestyle. By conducting medical caps for continuous monitoring of heaths of students we plan to keep record of their progress. By conducting yoga classes we are going to stabilize their minds from their tensions and emotions.

Outcome: As health is primary for all our achievements and success, So with this program we make the students healthy and bring progress in all area and to make a holistic development in their lives. Also once the health concern is done away with, students can concentrate more on utilising the opportunities before them.

== Strategy #1: Introducing clubs ==

We propose basic clubs which are currently lacking in our institution, like English club, coding club, design thinking courses, cultural clubs. Club membership will allow students to continue some of your interests and hobbies that they had in high school. Being in a club is a nice extracurricular activity outside of class and it looks good on resume. It may allow them access to different types of resources or even field trips. Students can explore their interests in a hobby they’ve always wanted to try or learn more about. We plan to implement it by working along with faculty and management to find a feasible time for running of the clubs, and planning out course structures.

Outcome: Students get relaxed after long day at college. The basic skills required as engineers, like communication skills, coding skills, creativity, are improved.

== Strategy #2: Industry-Institute connect ==

Through the program, the students get to know how technology is getting updated and what next Generation is demanding. We are going to implement it by collaborating with companies. We will know their needs through a series of interaction sessions. Also bringing the industry managers to college will bring awareness among the students. Through internship fairs we plan to provide students with internships. We will be using the TV5 college connect program, which is a government of Andhra Pradesh initiative, to achieve this.

Outcome: To update the skills as per the technology demands and knowing the real time problems will promote their innovative and entrepreneur qualities through work experience.

Green campus inspired from our prime minister call, swachh bharat which brings awareness among the students regarding cleaning and management of waste produced. Why green campus? Our aim is to develop a green campus by minimizing the waste and its proper disposal and implementing rain water harvesting method. By making students a part of this project, it will improve sense of responsibility towards nature and society among the students. We are going to implement it by first conducting a survey in our college to estimate the amount of waste produced which can be recycled and reused.
