Currently she is Working as a '''Python Automation Engineer''' at '''WELLS FARGO''' ,Bengaluru.After being a University innovation Fellow, she has conducted Multiple Design Thinking Sessions and workshops at her Campus and made People Realize not to stick only to the theoretical Knowledge but as to put their hands in the Practical Sessions as well so that learning things will be Very easier than compared to the Traditional Education system.Babitha has participated in Google I/O event in the year 2018 , where she has gained valuable skills and knowledge to help her navigate towards the Different side of the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. Later she started Seeking for a challenging role to work in a professional environment that provides opportunity to learn key technologies to be an effective team player in developing, managing projects and to be an asset for the organization by delivering to the best of her capabilities and to reach the platform of competing technology of today’s world and make a worthy innovation.she had participated in several competitions and had flagged herself as learner from each competition. She strongly believe that music is only stick which lits up the light in darkness so she made keyboard playing as one of her hobby. In addition to that she is also very good at programming .She loves to learn things  quickly and she implements that plan in to execution.  She likes travelling. She is doing her tremendous work at an innovation club which is making the people to light up the spark of knowledge . She had undergone  a project based on Internet Of Things and has submitted it on IIT Varanasi, India. she took an active part in seminars on emerging technologies in and round her campus.

Before going to an IV students must made a profile consisting of location,logo,products,profile of CEO,turnover etc.,about the industry they are going to visit.

Students have to understand the mission and the vision of the industry.

They have to visit each and every sector of the industry and should have interactive sessions with the industry people.

Suggestions should be given to faculty and students by the resource people in the industry.

Students have to invite resource people to visit ther college to promote student industry collaboration internship.

After IV students have to prepare a feed back about industry and the resource persons over there

Weekly once on the visit day different groups of students are allowed on a small scale industry they make a report on how that works.

The trainers there explain the working to the students then they understand it.

Later on as the situation goes either the industry takes up their plan and hire the students to work it out or students may execute their plan on their own.

As our incubation center sibi is in budding state it propose idea requests from idea club of multi-disciplinary projects

Social cultured students help solving the needy nearby them with their creative ideas and management support.

The deputy head of the institute collects the issues around and communicates them to the various clubs in the institute they start reacting their way.

A problem of over flow of water in few places has been identified and currently students of our college are supported in solving this problem by making a team working on the ideas and then proposing them to the govt.

Another team of students work executing the plan.

In this cell as our campus exist in a developing country where women are not treated actually equal to the men promoting women empowerment this cell helps generating Women Entrepreneurs .

This cell works include collecting  funds to the women startups and encouraging them all long way of their career .

As women get help support and encouragement inside the campus and chance to exhibit their ideas to the industry

To expand the business management also provides its support

Awareness camps to women entrepreneurs stories of  successful women entrepreneurs are shown to the students which might boost them.

It works 24x7 and rests by the side of her helping her always a committee works to identify the challenges faced by her inside the campus

Also works in solving the issues around the city.

He started his schooling in siddharth institution since 2015, he is very interested in entrepreneurship and building networks. From childhood self he plan for business started and success  in it .right now he is in network marketing he has a good team, he himself  follows two things. Babitha Padiri, an undergraduate computer science engineer at siddharth institute of engineering technology (SIETK). Initially, she started her education in [[File:Babitha.jpg|thumb|Babitha.jpg]]a very common way as every children starts then she started realizing not to stick to a Box from then she started her own way of her learning things in an different way And  She took higher secondary certificate from Sri Chaitanya  college, Tirupathi. Later she turned her feet in a complete angle and took computer science as her career by choosing computer science engineering at Siddharth institution.  She strongly believe that music is only stick which litsup the light in darkness so she made key board playing as one of her hobby. In addition to that she is also very good at programming .She loves to learn things  quickly and she implements that play in to execution.  She likes travelling. She is doing her tremendous work at an innovation club which is making the people to light up the spark of knowledge .She is a key Member SHE TEAM of the college which determines her team work.She had undergone  a project  on Internet Of Things and has submitted it on IIT Varanasi, India. she took an active part in seminars on emerging technologies in and round her campus. ((category:Student Contributor))
