==Aaron T. McGee is the Principal Consultant of [https://www.journey2legacy.com/ Journey to Legacy Media &amp;amp; Consulting] and Senior Graduate Analyst in [https://www.tnstate.edu/graduate/currentstudents.aspx the School of Graduate Studies] at Tennessee State University. Aaron received his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Tennessee State University and has leveraged his degree over the last decade as a leadership consultant, communication strategist, and content creator. In 2016, Aaron obtained his Master of Arts in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University, he believes the need for community leadership in all social context is one of the most pressing issues of our time and leverages his masters degree to responsibly contribute to his civic space locally in Nashville, TN. Training leaders in the areas of self – efficacy and self – advocacy is the method in which Aaron believes will establish and equip more leaders to engage in the civic process with compassion and proficiency. Aaron is informed by a career that has served at the intersection of youth development, education, community advocacy, and student leadership development for over a decade in the nonprofit industry. Aaron has garnered indispensable experiences, as a Program Director, Executive Director, CEO, Vice President, Board Chairman, Chief Executive Director, Entrepreneur and Lay Pastor.
