In our college there are 6 departments Each department contains students of 4 years . Each academic year has 4 sections .As soon as the club starts functioning they conduct a introductory event of one and half month. Event in the sense a competition that brings seriousness among the interested candidates in each section of the department.<br />

This one and half month introductory event is divided into 6 weeks . each for each department, for&nbsp; example first goes ECE .The week allotted for ece is again divided into 5 days. 1<sup>st</sup> day for all sections of&nbsp; 1<sup>st</sup> year. Each Section Should bring there teams for the respective games like volleyball, cricket ,tennis….etc. Among these teams the club members select the students and form a team of 1<sup>st</sup> year. The same thing happens with the Second years, third years and fourth years of&nbsp; ece.<br />

Now the fifth day&nbsp; the competition will be among the selected candidates of 1<sup>st</sup> ,2<sup>nd</sup> ,3<sup>rd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> of ece and a&nbsp; finial team from Ece will be picked out irrespective of the academic years only based on the talent and skill.<br />

*Meet and involve the person in charge of communications at your university in your organization.This person can get your name and organization out there in your university so that others can see your cause and maybe even join.<br />
*Place enough posters in the right place, and that could make all the difference in the turnout of your event. Place the posters where people will have time to read them: like elevators or hallways by classrooms. Avoid places where they will get lost or looked over.&nbsp;<br />
*When trying to hook people in to your cause or organization, present it as an advantage to them. Try to sell your organization or event. You're giving them an advantage whether that'd be extra credit for a certain class, a resume builder, or even food. We all love food!<br />
