Guru Aishwarya Reddy is pursuing her Under graduation in the stream of computer science and Engineering at Madanapalli Institute of Technology and Science. She is a native of Madanapalli small town in Anamaya district of Andhra Pradesh.
She is a talktive, friendly and enthusiastic person and mingles with the people easily. She gives her complete and fullest efforts to the task she takes up and plays an active role in making things innovative also by participating in all kinds of activities. She served as school people leader of two years and also as English club monitor. She is interested in being active in cultural activities like dancing and singing she even hosted many events in her schooling. she believes that sports play an important role in our physical and mental fitness and improves ones self confidence, she loved playing kabaddi and participated in state level kabaddi competition.
She finds her happiness in helping people and serving the needy. She spends her time in doing crafts, painting, watching movies and she have huge interest in writing poems. She loves to travel and explore new places. She finds herself in dancing and even more passionate about singing. She loves to watch time travel and science fiction movies .
She is an oraganised planner and have a focused view on her career. she earned lot of interest on programming and opted computer science and engineering. She is a multi tasker and tries to bring out uniqueness in her work .She always finds her happiness in every work she do and follows the quote "ALWAYS BE THANKFUL TO UNIVERSE".

I think that this Agricultural Innovation Prize is super interesting and could be very applicable to my school, Elon University. Alamance County is a food desert, with very minimal places for people find access to cheap, healthy meals. When I worked with the Village Project here at Elon to tutor kids, a big focus was to teach them how to budget their money to buy healthy food options. With the agricultural land Elon has, I think this innovation prize could really help Elon expand upon helping the community around us.

Turkey is a superior agricultural zone in the world in its geopolitical position. That's why agriculture is a crucial issue for the country. We need some policies to gather all stakeholders. Last year Bayer started a program like a prize. It shows that something is going to be changed. Even the private sector do something to create solutions, governments must take actions to enhance the system.

== Great opportunity ==

I have recognized the serious need of addressing the food ecosystem since, on one hand, Japan wastes a huge amount of food from households and on the other hand, the wasted food pollutes the environment and there are numerous amounts of people who are suffering from hunger. Having this opportunity will encourage Japanese students to recognize the seriousness of food waste in Japan and its effect.

== The new ideas to enhance the Innovation ==

AGRICULTURAL INNOVATION PRIZE is a competition that is open to U.S graduates and undergraduates across all academic disciplines .It encourages the students to think innovatively and have innovative plans to address social and agricultural challenges.It will be in food systems and also the standard of the current living of people .The intension behind to develop agricultural innovation prize is to encourage the cutting edge technology in both agriculture and food systems.The challenges in this includes bringing good food,sustainable lives.This kind of competitions will enhance the ideas and brings the skills from the graduates and undergraduates which makes us to be in a very healthy and happily living environment. It also be as the inspiration to others to make a good innovation in agriculture.
